LAM LAU started with a simple frustration: most keyboards sold online are photographed beautifully and described badly. Switch type, plate material, keycap profile and cable length are the things that decide whether a board suits you, and they are usually the first details to go missing. We buy in small batches, open every box, and write the listing from what is actually in front of us.
That is why the range is short. There are three mechanical boards, two compact keyboards and three fans, and each one has been typed on or run for a week before it was listed. We check for ping, wobble, dead LEDs and firmware quirks, and we test wireless receivers on both Windows and macOS. When a product does not hold up, it leaves the catalogue rather than being marked down to clear.
Orders leave our Causeway Bay office within one to two business days, packed in recycled card with the cable and keycap puller accounted for. Every item carries a twelve-month warranty against manufacturing faults, and returns are accepted within thirty days. Email us and you will reach the person who unpacked the product, usually within one business day.
